Guided Kaudulla National Park Full Half day Safari

Kaudulla National Park, 6,900 hectares in extent which is one of the more recently established National Parks in Sri Lanka ,Where wildlife sanctuary was designated a National Park in 2002 and serves as a elephant corridor for migrating Elephants from Minneriya and Wasgamuwa National Parks in the north central and the Somawathiya National Park in the north east regions.this Park is from July to August where the natural phenomenon of “The gathering” takes place. In these months, nearly 100 to 300 Elephants gather near the lakes of Kaudulla and Minneriya National Parks for water. It is a rare occurrence in the whole world to see such a large herds of Elephants. You may also note that July and August are the most crowded months of Kaudulla National Park.

• Since this Safari activity is conducted in a National Park, you must follow the rules and regulations there. Our Naturalist guide will provide you with the necessary information and guidance and assist him when needed.
• Be prepared for weather conditions such as heat, wind, and rain.
• If you have equipment such as binoculars and a camera, it is very valuable.
• Our organization is not responsible for accidents (animal attacks, injuries, illnesses, deaths) that occur during this Safari activity.
